It is currently mainly used in industries such as PCB and FPCB, including processes such as FPC cover film roll-to-sheet, FPC cover film roll-to-roll, FPC outer shape, FPC soft board, cover film, PET film, PI film, PP film, adhesive film, copper foil, explosion-proof film, electromagnetic film and other various thin films, and circuit board auxiliary materials. It also has the function of cutting the outer shape of FPC.

Main Interfaces


  1. Power Supply: 24V power supply. It is recommended to use an independent power supply for power supply and achieve isolation from input and output.

  2. Status Indicator Light: Indicates whether the controller power supply is normal, whether there is an alarm, and whether the system is normal.

  3. 16-channel Input / 16-channel Output: The input is compatible with NPN and PNP types, and the high and low levels can be switched through the common terminal. The output is a Darlington transistor, and the low level is effective with strong load capacity.

  4. 2 Independent DSCAN Galvanometer Control Ports: Support galvanometer control of the XY2-100 protocol, with 16-bit high-precision resolution and a delay accuracy of up to 1us. It supports synchronous and asynchronous collaborative working mechanisms.

  5. 2 LASER Fiber Laser Interfaces: 5V TTL Gate and Trig signals are used to control general-purpose lasers such as CO2, ultraviolet, green light, and picosecond lasers.

  6. 8 Motion Axes and Independent Limit Interfaces: Support the positioning, interpolation and other motion control of 8 axes with encoders, and support linear motors, servo motors, stepper motors, etc. 8 axes have independent positive, negative, and origin limit signals, and are compatible with NPN and PNP photoelectric switches.

  7. 1 EtherNET Network Port: Gigabit network port, which is fast and stable when connected to the upper computer and can operate offline.

  8. 1 EtherCAT Port: Expand the axes and I/O through the EtherCAT bus form.

  9. 4-channel 16-bit ±10V Analog Signal Input/Output: It can collect analog signals such as temperature, liquid level, and optical power meter, and output analog signals to control lasers that require analog control of power.

  10. 2 Light Source Control Interfaces: Used to adjust the brightness of the light source.

  11. 1 RS232 Serial Port: Supports communication expansion with touch screens or other devices.
