System Overview
The SuperFar Intelligent LaserLS Dual-Headed Fully Automatic Roll-to-Roll/Sheet Cutting System integrates platform motion control and galvanometer scanning into a unified solution. A single control card achieves precise laser processing control for platform movement, galvanometer scanning, vision positioning, and automatic cutting, enabling high-precision positioning and cutting. It is currently widely used in industries such as PCB and FPCB cutting, including applications like FPC cover film roll-to-roll and sheet, FPC cover film roll-to-roll, FPC outline cutting, FPC flexible boards, cover films, PET films, PI films, PP films, adhesive films, copper foil, explosion-proof films, electromagnetic shielding films, and other auxiliary circuit board materials. The system also supports FPC outline cutting.
System Architecture
The LaserLS software, paired with the QLS-821/822 eight-axis platform galvanometer synchronization card, supports eight axes with dual/single galvanometer and dual/single laser control. Dual galvanometers enable synchronous or asynchronous processing and are compatible with stepper/servo/linear motors. Enhanced S-curve acceleration/deceleration algorithms and look-ahead control ensure faster and smoother machine speed transitions, delivering high precision, high efficiency, and large-format processing. It is primarily used for processing copper foil, aluminum foil, FPC flexible boards, and various film materials in roll-to-sheet and roll-to-roll cutting applications.
