1. Integration of platform galvanometer control function

The QLS-421/422 can conduct platform motion control and galvanometer scanning control simultaneously to achieve three-/four-axis linkage. It is a fully digital control system specially provided for customers in the laser industry, which can control motor movement and galvanometer scanning at the same time. It combines the two functions into one, with perfect unified coordination performance, reducing equipment costs, improving equipment performance and simplifying equipment integration.
2. Fast calculation speed
The digital processing unit adopted by the QLS-421/422 control platform has super computing power and an extremely short servo loop cycle, which is suitable for high-speed and high-precision digital motion control.
3. Ethernet port communication
It adopts 100/1000M Ethernet, with fast and stable communication. There is no need to install driver programs. The control system can operate independently and will not be affected by the failure of the industrial computer, making the operation of the machine tool equipment system more stable.
4. Large data storage capacity
The QLS-421/422 is configured with relatively large memory and can process large amounts of data at a time. It is very suitable for high-speed and high-precision motion control with large data throughput.
