System Overview

QLMark glass drilling system from SuperFar Intelligent integrates four axis high precision motion control with an enhanced S-curve acceleration deceleration algorithm and look-ahead control to improve processing quality and efficiency. It can meet the drilling requirements for micro-holes and irregular-shaped holes on glass materials of varying thicknesses, including round tubes and curved surfaces.


System Architecture 

QLMark paired with the QLS-421/422 four axis galvanometer linkage card, integrates galvanometer scanning with platform movement to achieve high precision, high efficiency, and large-format processing. This solution reduces equipment costs, enhances machine performance, and simplifies system integration—making it the ideal solution for laser glass drilling.
