Dual-head + Fully Automatic Roll-to-Roll/Sheet Cutting System Solution

A single card achieves precise laser processing control with platform movement + dual galvo scanning + vision + automatic cutting blade.

It is mainly applied in industries such as PCB and FPCB. It is used for processes involving the cutting of FPC cover films from roll to sheet,

roll to roll, FPC profiling, FPC flexible boards, cover films, PET films, PI films, PP films, adhesive films, copper foils, explosion-proof films, electromagnetic films,

and other types of thin films, as well as auxiliary materials for circuit boards. It also has the function of cutting the outline of FPCs.

Main Interfaces

  1. Power Supply: 24V power supply, it is recommended to use a separate power supply to achieve isolation from inputs and outputs.

  2. Status Indicator Lights: Indicate whether the controller's power supply is normal, if there are any alarms, and whether the system is functioning properly.

  3. 16 Channel Input/16 Channel Output: Inputs are compatible with NPN and PNP types, and the logic levels can be switched through a common terminal. The outputs use Darlington transistors, are active at low logic levels, and have strong load driving capability.

  4. 2 Independent DSCAN Galvo Control Ports: Support XY2-100 protocol for galvo control, with 16-bit high-resolution precision, and timing accuracy up to 1 microsecond. They support both synchronous and asynchronous collaborative working mechanisms.

  5. 2 LASER Fiber Optic Laser Interfaces: Controlled by 5V TTL Gate and Trigger signals for general-purpose lasers such as CO2, UV, green light, and picosecond lasers.

  6. 8 Motion Control and Independent Limit Interfaces: Support point positioning, interpolation, and other motion controls for 8 axes with encoders. Compatible with linear motors, servo motors, stepper motors, etc.; 8 axes have independent positive, negative, and origin limit signals, compatible with NPN and PNP type optical switches.

  7. 1 EtherNET Port: Gigabit Ethernet port, provides fast and stable connection with the host computer, and supports standalone operation.

  8. 1 EtherCAT Port: Expands axis control and I/O through EtherCAT bus format.

  9. 4 channels of 16-bit ±10V analog signal input/output, capable of collecting analog signals such as temperature, liquid level, and optical power, and outputting analog signals to control lasers that require analog power control.

  10. 2 Light Source Control Interfaces, used for adjusting the brightness of the light source.

  11. 1 RS232 Serial Port: Supports communication with touch panels or for expanding communication with other devices.
